Fathom 15 | Listener Question: 3-Centered Presence

In this Fathom 15, we talk briefly with one our listeners in Zambia (but from Zimbabwe), Stacey Madgwick. Stacey is a dominant Type 4 and had a question for the Fathoms co-hosts: “What does it look like for you to be present in your life in all 3 Centers of Intelligence (Body, Heart, Mind)?”

  • Abram (Dominant Type 9] on reducing reactivity, not forcing the type’s agenda, being present to real peace amid the disruption  [2:05]
  • Drew [Dominant Type 3] on being fully present at home and work, needing to slow down, remembering to breathe, grounding.  [3:55]
  • Creek [Dominant Type 4] on starting with the body, staying with sensation, inquiring about discomfort, and the fullness of now. [7:00]
  • Stacey on letting the heart speak. [9:50]
  • The Abram quote generator: “The body is the beach to get to the the ocean that is the heart.”[10:55]
  • Stacey’s close encounters with lions. [11:10]
